Contracting operator / data controller
CryptoTech LLC.
Amsterdam, The Netherlands

1. Service and operator
The operator identified below provides subscription software that sends automated and member-approved orders to the member’s connected Binance futures account. The operator does not hold trading funds, accept deposits for trading, guarantee execution, or provide individualized investment advice. No Binance affiliation, endorsement or partnership is represented.
2. Eligibility and permitted use
Members must be at least 18, have capacity to contract, and have lawful access to the relevant exchange and derivatives services in their jurisdiction. Do not use another person’s credentials, circumvent exchange restrictions, manipulate markets, or share an account. The operator may restrict jurisdictions or access where required.
3. Member control and authorization
Members select an environment, execution profile, per-position notional and loss allowance. Enabling automation authorizes entries, leverage and isolated-margin configuration, stop-loss and take-profit orders, trailing exits and reduce-only closes without approval for each order. Pause stops new entries; existing positions and exchange orders remain subject to execution. Manual trading has a separate preview and approval step.
4. Trading responsibility and risks
Members make their own decision to activate the service and bear trading profits, losses, exchange fees and funding. No profile is safe or guaranteed profitable. Stop-loss settings are triggers and estimates; final losses can exceed the selected percentage and posted margin. Read the separate Risk Disclosure and Execution Policy.
5. Security and account accuracy
Provide accurate registration details, protect email/password/authenticator access, use dedicated trade-only API credentials, restrict API access to the operator’s published egress IP where supported, and never enable withdrawals for this service. Report suspected compromise promptly and revoke exchange keys if necessary. The operator maintains reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; this does not eliminate security risk.
6. Charges and subscription
The advertised paid plan is USD 20 per month. Exchange commissions, funding, liquidation charges, taxes and currency-conversion costs are separate. No payment is collected through the website until a gateway is enabled and the final amount, billing period and renewal terms are disclosed before order confirmation. Operator-granted beta access is not proof of payment. See the Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
7. Availability and changes
Exchange outages, hosting failures, maintenance, network delays, rate limits and market conditions can interrupt scans, orders and exits. Strategies and conditions may change; material contract changes require advance notice or fresh acceptance where required. Expired access prevents new live entries but does not intentionally disable existing protective orders or position-closing access.
8. Liability allocation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not reimburse ordinary trading losses arising from market movements, a member’s settings or authorized trades and excludes indirect or consequential loss where legally permissible. Where lawful, aggregate contractual liability is limited to service fees actually paid in the preceding 12 months. These clauses do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer remedies, fraud, intentional misconduct or other non-excludable duties. They are not a promise of immunity from claims.
9. Suspension and ending service
Members may pause automation, request closure of console-managed positions, cancel renewal and request account deletion. Account deletion or API removal must wait until positions and pending actions are resolved; outstanding legal retention duties may continue. The exchange remains the source of truth. Cancellation does not itself close exchange positions.
10. Complaints and applicable rights
Contact the operator using the details below. Applicable mandatory consumer, privacy, financial-services and local dispute-resolution rights remain unaffected. Governing-law and dispute terms must be finalized for the actual contracting entity and target markets before paid launch; no exclusive foreign forum is imposed by this draft.
