1. Plan and activation
Demo membership uses members’ own Binance Demo credentials and virtual funds. Pro is advertised at USD 20 per month and permits live-account connections subject to verification, eligibility, operator availability and a valid entitlement. All three execution profiles are included. No return or minimum trade count is promised.
2. Payment integration pending
Online checkout, card collection, recurring billing and gateway webhooks are not enabled in this release. A subscription request expresses interest and is not a payment. Any beta entitlement granted by the operator records its source and expiry; it does not create a paid invoice or recurring charge.
3. Future checkout disclosures
Before billing starts, checkout must disclose the contracting supplier, final price and tax treatment, currency, period, start date, renewal mechanism, cancellation method, withdrawal rights and any immediate-performance consent actually required by law. Gateway recurring billing must not be assumed merely because a monthly price is displayed.
4. Cancellation
A member can request cancellation from Billing or the support contact. When an active paid period exists, cancellation prevents a future renewal where supported by the eventual gateway and normally leaves access until the paid-through date, subject to applicable law. Until gateway integration, cancellation records the request for operator handling. Obtain confirmation of any external payment cancellation.
5. Expiry and positions
When access expires, new live entries are blocked. Existing risk-reducing management, protective exchange orders and member close controls remain available while credentials are valid. Subscription cancellation or expiry does not guarantee liquidation-free closure and does not erase exchange positions.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
Mandatory consumer withdrawal, cancellation and refund rights remain available. There is no blanket “no refunds” clause. For eligible distance-service contracts, applicable statutory withdrawal periods and any lawful exception for immediate performance must be applied to the actual service and purchaser. Do not treat registration alone as waiver of withdrawal rights. Refund disputes, billing errors and duplicate charges are reviewed through support and the payment provider after billing is enabled.
