1. Supplier
The actual legal entity, registered address, contact email, registration/tax identifiers where required, applicable service territory and complaint channels must be completed by the operator before accepting paid orders. The operator details shown below are part of the supplier information.
2. Service and price
The proposed service is non-custodial trading automation software connected to a member-controlled exchange account. Advertised Pro price: USD 20 per month. Demo membership uses virtual funds. Exchange fees and funding are separate. Final tax treatment and any local-currency charges must be displayed at checkout.
3. Performance and termination
Trading may start after verified account setup, live authorization, a valid entitlement and enablement of automation. No number of trades or profit is promised. Members can pause entries and request closure or cancellation through the console. Subscription cancellation is separate from closing exchange positions.
4. Consumer information before payment
No binding paid checkout is available in this release. Before enabling it, provide the final distance-service agreement, statutory withdrawal form/instructions where applicable, billing and renewal terms, complaint routes and an order-confirmation record. Obtain a separate immediate-performance request only if legally needed and accurately explained; do not bundle it with registration.
